Bought two cards both envelopes are already sealed!! Too late to return and re-buy… please be careful

Envelope sealed so impossible to use
Envelope for this card arrived sealed shut and I tried to peel it apart but it just ripped (despite being really gentle). Card is lovely but not much use when I can’t post it. It’s a big card and does not fit in any other envelope for other cards I have. Useless! Package wasn’t wet or damp so seller can’t blame postman.

Beautiful card, shame I can't use it, envelope completely sealed & crumpled.

Another stuck envelope
The card is nice but the envelope is stuck down so I cannot use it. Just seen another review with the same issue back in March. Looks as though they've been wet, then dried out and sent to customers. It's unusable so can't give a better review.
