The product is well made and pretty simple to use. Straightforward directions and a feeding schedule. The only the I don't like about it is that the plugs grow algae fairly quickly. This could easily be averted if they just included a thin black film to prevent this. I also don't like that after the lights are off there's a blinking blue light directly above the plants, they should have made it where the light doesn't show underneath when it's off, I'm worried about that light effecting my plants rest period.

Setup was a breeze and comes with everything you need including the nutrients.It does recommend soaking your seeds before placing them in the pods, I did not and my rosemary, oregano, and green onions have sprouted and growing like crazy. However my cilantro did not germinate. I'm guessing it's because the seed is much larger and I should have soaked it first. Overall impression 10 out of 10 product.

Mold is taking over the new seedlings. I suspect it has to do with the pump not working well enough, and working for too short of a time

I'm so excited! I've been to start indoor gardening for awhile. I didn't want to spend a bunch and I came across this one. I decided to start with basil and rosemary. I figured that would be easier than a veggie. The instructions very easy to read and understand. Looking forward to growing my veggies soon! I'm so excited

Assembly is practically done for us.Love the product — watering system is consistent. Stands out in my kitchen and herbs grows really well and healthy

Didn't like the pump, it failed after1_month!😪😪

I ordered one and when it arrived it would not work (no power), I returned it and they replaced it for me without any hassle at all. The second one came and although I have power on this one (it will beep), the grow lights will not come on and neither will the power light or any upper lights on the panel. I have read and re-read the instructions, I have searched online for what could possibly be wrong and found nothing. I wanted to contact the company but there is no number to contact them. This should not be complicated but it seems either I am doing something wrong or I received two different ones that will not work. Any suggestions? EDITED: Update, thanks to looking back on older reviews I solved the problem. At the top of the telescope there is a thick rubber ring glued on. That rubber ring needs to be taken off for the light bar to connect. It would be nice if this was mentioned in the instructions but there isn't a word about it. Bless that reviewer, I would have never thought of pealing off a part that was glued on if he would not have shared his experiences.

So easy to set up and use! This is so cool! Fresh herbs or veggies year round grown right on your counter! So far I’ve grown a few different herbs, some grape tomatoes, and marigolds. It’s so versatile!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to have on the kitchen counter, I live in a small apartment and I'd love to grow my own herbs.It was pretty easy to assemble and instructions are clear, not that you need the instructions it's pretty self-explanatory. I did need some guidance using the plant food since I've never had a hydroponic planter before so that was useful.I have planted different seeds, mint, coriander, parsley... The first seeds are germinating in as little as 2 days!

Every day they have dramatically changed ! It was easy and quick to set up and to get my seeds planted. I also transferred some seedlings from another grow system into this one as the grow baskets are compatible. I am expecting great harvests.

Mine was sent with no rubber drain plug installed at the rear and none included in any of the packaging.Of course, the manual also does not tell you about its existence.Started filling mine with water, only for it all to pour out over my worktop and floor.Off to a great start...

It's definitely worth the money I spent on it.4. It has 24 inch height adjustable feature which is very impressive.5. It comes with the plant food and I think it will last long for more then a year.6. It comes with the extra spunch so you can use then anytime.7. It is fully automatic, it turn off and on by it self.8. It's very quite and has two options for lights. One for vegitables and other option is for flowers.Cons:I am very impress with this and i honestly don't see any con for this product.Shipping and Packing:Shipping was very fast as it delivered next day after i placed the order and packing was top notch as it delivered without any damages.Conclusion:Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best system in the market to grow indoor plants in Canadian winter. It's fully automatic and it works just the way they mentioned in the description.

The media could not be loaded.  Once plugged into Power, product beeps without stopping. Press the power button and there is still a continuous high shrieking beeping. To connect rod to upper light had to tear off a glued on rubber ring, the instructions said nothing about it but it could not connect with it glued on.
