The Heartstopper Yearbook

I really enjoyed the heartstopper series and when I saw this book I immediately bought it. It’s so cute and interesting. You learn a lot about the author and how heartstopper became how it is today. There are little comics in there too. It’s so cute I loved it 10/10

Very cute and awesome book

“The Heartstopper Yearbook” by Alice Oseman is a lovely collection of artwork & extras from the Osemanverse & Heartstopper comics. This is clearly meant for fans of the comic series, the Heartstopper TV series, or Alice Oseman’s work generally. It’s cool to see Alice go through how Heartstopper started & some of the earliest sketches of Charlie & Nick. As well, there are three full-color bonus / extra short comics that focus on Mr. Ajayi & Mr. Farouk post the Paris trip, Nick & Charlie (as a reflection Charlie tells to Aled before N & C got together), and Tara & Darcy becoming girlfriends. Every major character also gets a character profile (I especially like each character having a song associated with them). There’s also a drawing tutorial for drawing Nick, Charlie, & Elle. My favorite part, beyond the extra comics, was all the bonus art, especially the AU-type & holiday-centric art. So glad to have this be a part of my growing Alice Oseman library.

Heartstopper has my whole heart I swear. I loved seeing all of the new images, character profiles, and all the tidbits from Alice. I actually think my favorite part was reading the bits about development and whatnot from Alice. I high key wish there was more because even though there was 160 pages I wish it was longer. To be fair though I could read things about Heartstopper until the end of time soooo If you’re not super in love with Heartstopper this would not be for you; however, if you’re like me, a heartstopper fanatic, then this is a staple for the bookshelf.

Came in a good time, was wonderful to look at and read, fave purchase. Love.

I love the heartstopper series and this book lets the reader get a better understanding how Alice came up with the designs for the comic.

This item was purchased as a gift. It was also purchased with the related book selection available at the time of purchase. I had asked for a wide and random selection of gift ideas that I could choose from and it got wonderful reaction and reviews upon receiving.

Es un libro muy bonito, de 154 páginas. Tiene contenido inédito, pero también cosas que ya se han visto, como algunos minicómics o los perfiles de los personajes más icónicos. Hay otras cositas muy chulas, como un breve recorrido de la historia de Heartstopper, de cómo fue creada la historia y el diseño por Alice Oseman. Compra recomendada si te encanta Heartstopper.

Fun book to learn about the heartstopper characters and the making of the comics. Love Alice osemans work overall.

É um pouco mais de calor a esse universo tão terno e acolhedor.
