UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW.They finally got back to me regarding the flimsy stand. They said they had lost my file in the system Their answer was a curt "this is all we have no other!!!". Kind of p...off attitude.So my final recommendation. The screen works very well as per spec. Easy on the eye and well built-no complaint. The holder is flimsy and the magnetic back is not strong and slips off with very little movement. The ridge in the front to hold the the screen at an angle is USLESS. As I say below my workaround is to jam my mini keyboard against it.ORIGINAL POSTThe screen works fine so 5 stars for that however, After sales help is very poor. I had a technical question about the power requirement in Watts for the screen. I am using a mini stick computer and wanted to make sure that I could power the screen versus using their power block without overloading the power rating of the computer. It took a few back and forth before they understood what I was asking.The same time I complained that the holder was very flimsy and the stand has ridges supposedly to hold the screen at an angle to view but the ridge is very shallow and the screen keeps slipping. I asked if they had an other kind of stand. I have a workaround which is to jam my mini-keyboard up against it. They answered that their tech staff would answer and after a couple of me asking what was happing since 26th April when I wrote again asking for an answer I have heard nothing and today is 15th May 2022. I just sent an other reminder but if I do not hear back within a few days I will lodge a complaint with Amazon. I have been with Amazon right from the beginning and I am donating my Kindle version OO to a museum :-) and I have never had to write a negative review like this.

There was at least one device at this monitor would not work with. It was the Google Chromecast with google TV. I tested other HDMI devices such as a fire stick, a computer, and there were no issues with this monitor working. But for some reason it would not work with the Chromecast with google TV. I have no idea why that was horrible, but as I bought this portable monitor to troubleshoot various devices, I could not having compatibility issue Lead to me being unsure if the device I was troubleshooting was not working or if it was just a further compatibility issues.I will be honest that a majority of the device is a test it seemed to work flawlessly with this one earlier, so long as your intended usage is a compatible device, this portable monitor was amazing with a very slim form factor that I really enjoy.

The product works great, I love the menu settings, great as a webcam monitor or for portal mini computers. Great packaging. Very fast shipping. Gets the job done well.The only down side, there are some dark spots on the LCD. Very minor but nothing too noticable unless looking closely. Not sure if that's from the manufacturing company or just bad QC.
