I went towel hunting knowing I'd have to strike a balance between all my "wants"--dusty blue color, absorbency, softness, quick-dry, and a reasonable price. Color and price were of paramount importance, which narrowed my choices down considerably. I found an acceptable color and price range in White Classic's Resort Collection, so I figured I'd have to compromise on the other qualities. Not so! These towels are fantastic when washed according to the included directions (warm water, no fabric softener). But what took my experience from 4.5-star to 5+-star was the awesome customer service! Two of my washcloths had small runs in the fabric, and I asked if I might have them replaced. I received a response from Olivia within hours, and she already had the replacement package in the mail! This is a no-hassle company with a great towel and even better customer service representatives. I won't hesitate to order from them again, but in the meantime...off to enjoy my soft, beautiful towels. (Thanks again, Olivia!)

I use washcloths as hand towels and for my face. These are really really nice clothes ... soft, minus any odor, and easy to wring out regardless of their more than expected thickness! I did not expect such really super clothes for the price. Pleasantly surprised and highly recommend them!

Love, Love, Love these towels. They're really thick, absorbent, luxurious, and a beautiful color. I like them so much I ordered another set in a different color. I'm thinking about getting sets for both my adult kids. If you need towels, get these. I promise you won't regret it.

I was a little perturbed that my white washcloths have a 1-1/2 inch square, thick, DARK BLUE tag, on the edge of them. I bought these because they are 100% cotton, but this definitely ruins any chance of being able to bleach them if needed. Besides that, when they are in the dryer, those little tags make so much noise, it sounds like a bunch of lottery balls tumbling around in the drum. They are soft though. But dark blue?? What's with that? I bought colored hand towels and bath towels and they have the same tag on them as well. And they make just as much noise in the dryer.

We have purchased this brand of bath towels in the past and were very happy with the quality. The hand towels that we recently bought had the same lush quality. When you first open the package, the towels will look flat, but one quick wash and dry will reveal the plush texture. The beige color was true to the photo and works well in my bath. Very happy and will purchase again for other rooms.

I was very hesitant to buy towels online since I couldn't touch them but I'm sp glad I took the chance! These are the softest, thick towels with beautiful blue color! They don't shed or have any lint. They're not quite as big as a bath blanket but large enough to wrap around the body. Would absolutely purchase again!

It's tough to buy bath towels. Lately the market sells thin and cheap made towels. Or one very expensive luxury towel for the price of a total set. I read the reviews and took a chance. Bought one set initially. Arrived and hubby thought ugh they are alright not the best when he opened the package. We washed and dried them per the instructions before use. After he was like these are amazing - thickened up in size, very soft and absorbent. Great price too. So we ordered 2 more sets for a total of 3 in white. We would definitely recommend and great value for a set of towels.

Haven't even used these towels yet...but was very disappointed to open up the package and see obviously flaws in the towels. Two towels were okay, two had several areas with lots of pulled threads (and these towels haven't been used yet!) and both towels also had flawed area, areas missing row of loops that were definitely mishaps in manufacturing. These should have been caught and taken out of inventory. Again very disappointed. Is it worth the hassle of returning?? They are lucky because its not for me. But new buyers beware.....

Material in each one has pulls in the fabric in exactly the same place. Didn't look too bad on arrival but on washing they became very very noticable

Even after three washes, these towels continue to shed excessive lint and remain disappointingly non-absorbent, falling far short of their advertised luxurious cotton quality.
