The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after using this product for 15 Days. I was looking for energy saving fans for my house and I came across this new brand OSTN. Coming from mechanical background, I firstly checked their technical parameters and found it excellent on majority of parameters. I had a few queries, I called their customer care they were very quick and precise in their response. I also liked the look of fan which matched with my interior and decided to order one to try.They have high grade metallic finish which gives a premium look to my room. Air delivery is very good (clearly visible in my shared video), I am very happy and satisfied with the performance. Pricing is also very competitive. Overall very satisfied with value for money BLDC fan.I am definitely going to buy more for my other rooms. Must Buy !!

The media could not be loaded. I had received at defective piece. I came to know after the return duration (15days) on Amazon.So I mailed to customer service of OSTN. They acknowledged immediately and agreed to replace with new motor.The new motor works perfectly fine and I resent the defective piece.Throughout this process the interaction and followup was smooth. 5/5 for customer service.

A friend recommended OSTN fan and we ordered from Amazon. Package arrived early and in good shape.There were many vibrant color options, but we ordered brown to match our current decor. Paint quality, shine and material are really nice.Best part is noiseless motor, so it makes negligible noise (older fans are way too noisier - you will feel the difference once you try it)Fan is Remote controlled and being a young brand, they sent seeds as free gift. Impressed. Recommended.

I bought 2 fans a months ago. Fans speed are good as of now but major problem is that you need to push the fan blade manually to start the fan.Called customer care for this issue, they told it will be resolved automatically after few days, but after 2 months also same problem getting.

Product quality not upto the mark as both fan finishing and motor is of very poor quality.Give lot of sound during motion.Metallic finish is also dull and cheap quality.
