This is a refreshing moisturizer in appearance and feel. The box it comes in was sealed. There is a plastic cover under the lid. I like the vivid green glass jar. The cream is actually a clear gel with a lightly perfumed scent that dissipates quickly. The gel melts quickly, spreads easily, and absorbs quickly. It is a bit tacky until it settles. It appears to tighten pores and leaves a nice glow. I think this would work very well under makeup too. The price is competitive. It's a great overall choice.

The pore cream was a gel. I am not a fan of gels. My face looked when I used the pore cream. It had a strong scent that I did not like. I could not place the smell. If you like gels then purchase.

I have combination skin for the most part and have had a hard time since moving to a different climate finding a good Moisturizer that's not super oily or greasy.I tend to lean more towards water based formulas vs. Creams and from what I can tell/read it is technically being considered a cream but with a water base.. So it seems like a bit of the best of both worlds.The scent is a fresh, slightly floral smell. I usually don't like floral scents but this isn't super overwhelming or potent so I don't mind it.The jar is a bit small but I can tell from how it massages in that you likely won't need to use a lot at a time and so it should last a decent period for the jar size even if you use it daily.It doesn't take long to absorb into your skin which is nice to avoid the greasy vibes and left my skin feeling very smooth.I have tried this just applying to my bare face and under makeup to truly test it. Obviously everyone will differ depending on if you use water or oil based products. But I found that it actually helped my makeup stay clean for longer. Some Moisturizer will break down and start making your makeup cakey or settling into your lines and pores. Surprisingly this actually didn't do that! It dries down well enough the by the time you apply primer or foundation it's already absorbed into your skin and left it just a tad tacky feeling to the touch (which I believe is why my foundation stuck so well)overall , I am very pleased and surprised with this product and am interested to try it with other combinations of foudnation/primers etc.

At first I was a little worried because there’s very little information on this product on the box or the bottle it just says how to use it pretty much you put on after you clean your skin and you gently apply it to your entire face and leave it which is great now so I went back and I read the description to see what exactly it prevents and what it does seems like it helps minimize your acne pores while the same time slowing down the production of oil on your face to help prevent acne and blemishes and overall give your skin and I feel and offer some tightening with it as well. So I decided to give it a try I am 46 years old and going through pre-menopause and my face looks like a teenagers I am having outbreaks of acne and nothing has been able to really prevent it with my hot flashes I get extra oily on my nose and chin area which is where most of my breakouts are so I’ve been using this little over a week to give it my own honest opinion and I really like the product so in the week that I’ve been using it my pimples have decreased and have gone away the ones that were healing and so far I have not had any outbreaks which is fantastic normally I have outbreaks every couple of days in new areas and it just won’t stop I don’t know if it’s just luck or if it truly is this product but I’m hoping it’s the product and the reason why I say I believe it is the product because I also have a 15-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old daughter who also have outbreaks due to their teenage hormones and I’ve had them use it with me as well just to see how they like it and what they think of it let’s put it this way they’re taking a bottle from me it seems to really help my teenage daughter with her acne it did the same thing for her started helping her clear up and has so far prevented anything from coming back my other daughter has been using it as well and although she doesn’t have as much acne as my other child she has a few spots in which it did seem to clear up so I’m going to continue using this I feel like it really works I will use it to the bottles Don I will share it with my daughter as well just to see if it really works and if so I will definitely be buying some more the one thing I recommend if you are going to share it with someone is have them take out a little dollop with an applicator of some sort or a Q-tip swab just so you don’t contaminate the bottle very nice product

This is honestly a super interesting product. I thought it would be kinda like a primer but it did nothing for my pores. It is moisturizing but it took forever to rub it in. It honestly feels exactly like aloe vara gel. My skin didn’t look any different, it felt moisturized but I didn’t love the feeling it left behind. It stayed tacky for a long time. I don’t have time for that in the morning before makeup. It’s not something I’ll be reaching for a lot. I’ll keep this for after being out in the sun.
