I bought a heavy-duty riveter and it has exceeded my expectation; It is incredibly strong, makes the job easier, and is really good

Works as intended

The adjustable head is just that, very adjustable. Actually too adjustable at times, its floppy. Also, if you are using the larger rivets, make sure your hands are strong!

Pop rivet looks good and heavy duty.

1) LOOKS SOLID AND WELL MADE. Worked fine on smaller diameter aluminum pop rivets 2) INSTRUCTIONS SAY NOT FOR 3/16 STEEL OR SS rivets! This should be made clear on the Amazon ad. Smaller diameters steel rivets OK 3) Handle forces required for 5/32" steel or 3/16 aluminum pop rivets are way too high. This is not a one hand tool! I have another brand of non-swivel head pop rivet gun that IS ONE HANDED for 3/16 STEEL POP RIVETS. 4) Swivel feature is why I bought this-- sometimes only a vertical style will fit the space. That is good. 5) The diameter of the nose piece where you insert the rivets is a little large for some applications with tight clearances.

Bought for my husband. He got a new boat months ago since he had hooked on it recently. This’s the first gun we have, a little bit worried if he can handle it easily. Thanks to the professional detailed instructions, and everything for the riveting job like organized rivet kits or drill bits in the box, he added brackets in just a few steps. The rotating head is another plus for confined spots. Will recommend to my friends.

The swivel is convenient when needed, but unbale to lock head in on position. The stems get jammed up in the nozzle having to disassemble the tool head and waste too much time to install multiple rivets. I even used a little JB80 and the stem still gets stuck. The lube made it a little easier to remove. But taking 10min in between rivets is unacceptable. Yes it works ok. one handed use, not really. it seems to take two hands to install a 1/8inch stem rivet. Have used much easier to operate rivet guns, so will probably return for an Arrow brand riveter.

After using few times, Some times the pin after cutting seems to stick. Easy to open the front part and remove. Just a bit of time waster.

I only used it a few times but worked great and the pivot head is a really nice bonus.

Never buy this garbage. Not a single rivet fits into the chock inside, even the thinnest that came with the gun. I didn't notice and never used the gun until now. Too much time passed since purchase to return. The fact it, it only looks like a rivet gun, but doesn't work like one.
