I was thinking this would be nice footprint for under a tent. Turns out it’s not heavy like I thought. It’s very much like a rain fly material. It is very nice and a good size just not exactly what I was looking for. May still use it for an added rain protection on one of our tents this summer.

I got this to use as a tent footprint. I’ve used it twice now with no issues so far but it is very thin and I’m worried about it getting damaged. For now I’m rating it 5 stars because it’s lightweight and has done its job without issues, but I don’t have high hopes for it. If you’re looking for a good, cheap tent footprint, you’re probably better off spending a little extra on something with a little more quality.
