This is a regular foam pillow. It is not Memory Foam.It was not soft as you expect a memory foam pillow to be. Found it hard and uncomfortable. Had to return. Quality is good.

I needed a quick solution to sciatic pain that had been troubling me for months. A proper chair with back support was advised but as an alternative, my physiotherapist advised me to get a supportive seat cushion.This one felt perfect so I got it. Writing this review after 10 months of continuous usage. My back pain reduced slowly and seating felt way comfortable.Pros:As a seat cushion, it feels so perfect. Not too soft or too hard. It's easy to clean and maintain. It has spine support notch which was my primary requirement. It is breathable and helps me work for longer hours.Cons:Not really any, but just some clarifications. It is intended for flat surfaces, so a wooden chair or tool is recommended, but since I'm using it for plastic chairs also, I needed to add additional support to flatten out the curvature of plastic chairs.Lovely and a perfect product for me.
