This is a great chair, well designed and comfortable. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow.Unfortunately the whole assembly was let down by shoddy workmanship. The "off the shelf" parts such as the nuts and bolts were fine. The finish of some of the chair parts was very bad, rough welding on the nut inserts and the tapped screwthreads were unfinished. All the screwthreads in the strengthing arms were very tight and it took me all my experience to open one up enough to take the bolt. A very poor let down for a decent item.I would advise a good cover for when the chair is left outside as I feel that the moving parts need to be protected.

This was bought to replace a similar product damaged in the storms. It is easy to put together but the various screws and bolts etc come vacuum sealed onto a card so need taking off but each type of screw is clearly identified on the card (easier than a lot of furniture where you need to identify which is which screw by the overall quantity). Can be put together by one person but a bit quicker with two

The chairs are great, so comfortable, arrived in time and quality as hoped
