Nice sized, quiet, well made.
My heavy duty Fellows paper shredder died, after shredding paperwork from 2 families (100 yrs of paperwork.) I decided to replace it with one just for my personal use. This one works great. I rarely shred anything more than 4 pages thick, & only shred for the recommended time. I've learned the less is more philosophy to shredding & avoid anything that can gum up the shredding blades. If you treat it well, Fellows shredders will last for years.

Great product
This is an excellent shredder. For a shredder is is quiet and works very well. I have been using it for quite some time, and it has not overheated yet.

1st use today and started to shred 2nd piece of paper, smoke came out and machine totally off
Well known brand but machine spoilt after 2nd piece of paper feed in, pls advice how to claim warranty or refund or replacement unit, thank you in advance.
