Q: Will this fit an iPhone 11?

All of I can suggest is to measure your phone. The opening is a hair over 3 1/4 inches long and not quite 1/2 inch wide. Hope it fits, my husband and I love ours!

If it no wider than an iPhone 11 then yes

Q: Does it work as a speaker phone? I have issues with hearing on the phone and would like something to amplfy the speaker aspect.

It amplifies anything that comes out of the speaker so it will amplify phone calls. I've taken calls while it's on the stand and no one has ever said they can't hear. I suppose it might depend on where the microphone is on a particular phone, though. If the stand blocks microphone, it might affect the how well the caller can hear you.
