The unit is very comfortable. I forget about the piece around my neck because of how comfortable it is. The ear buds fit comfortable even under ear muffs. The sound is very rich and clear. The only problem I have is that my volume is as low as possible and I feel that the sound is still to loud. Not a problem with equipment running but it is a problem when there is no background noise. I still would buy again. I would definitely recommend them to others.

So I am not new to bluetooths. I kind of depend on them much like wearing my glasses. I feel weird without them. I have had several bluetooth headsets and this one by far was my favorite until last week it started falling apart. As seen in the picture there is supposed to be a green covering that has an up, down, and power button. It fell off last week and will not go back on. Disappointing because this is the first time I have ever had this happen! There was no misuse of the product to cause this to happen. Now the devise still works its just a little weird because I have to press a little harder for the buttons to work. Up until last week I would have given it 5 stars. The awesome thing about this product is the sound quality, the battery power is pretty good (usually last all day), and hearing calls is great as well as sound quality for the people I call is great. One thing I love about this product is the range it has!!!! I am a childcare specialist and household manager so I move through the house a lot going from room to room, in closets, outside, etc and often don't bring my phone and yall their is not interference. Whatever I'm listening to is still clear with no problems. So I would say get it but I've only had it for about 4 months and it is falling apart so just beware. This is a honest review. Just wanted others to know my experience

These earbuds were perfect in every way, from being very comfortable to the Great Sound. However, they were a Christmas gift and did not last more than a month and a half. They started out strong then they couldn't keep a charge very long, and now the charger doesn't charge them.

I am a bit of headphone connoisseur. I go through at least 10 pairs per year. I listen to at least one audio book per day. One of the best that I've had over the years.These are the MOST comfortable headphones I have ever owned.The battery life is among the WORST I've ever had. Maybe 10-12 hours at most. I'm not sure if I got a bad pair or if this is the norm. I might try another pair just to see. I will update review if I do.

This design is fabulous. No long cords to tangle in my gym bag—and the magnetic tips help the earpieces stay together and out of trouble in my bag. It’s comfortable, too. They keep me focused on my music and the workout goes quickly. Much better than roughing it out with music playing in the gym.I charge them about once a week and use them for 60-85 minutes a day, 5 or 6 days a week.

I'd like either a new one sent to me or my money back. I've never had a play/pause button not pause and play. I didn't feel like I needed to read the instructions since I've had so many wireless earphones over the years. But, when I couldn't get it to work, I went to the instructions. I was doing everything correctly, the play/pause just doesn't work properly. It did answer an incoming call, but I have to manually connect it to my phone each time and it has never, in the two hours I've been frustratingly messing with it, got it to every pause. Play after pause is out of the question since it never pauses unless I disconnect the phone. Then, trying to find someone to call. Wow! Too difficult, sorry. Should be able to chat with someone to see and not call someone from Africa. So, can I hear what I'm playing. Yes. Can I stop it from playing. If I manually stop it on my phone, not with the tecno earphone. Can I turn it one and it automatically connect to my phone. No. Have to turn on earphone, then go to my phone to connect them to each other. My last couple of technos (slightly different kinds) worked wonderfully. Not this one.
