Had to replace my skylight and garnet when a tree branch hit my RV, chose to take a chance and purchase a returned one as it was half the price. When I received the garnet I could immediately see why it was returned one side of the top edge was warped witch in my case was ok I had to trim 2" of the edge to make it fit anyway. Lucked out fits and looks great

I was worried this wouldn’t fit because I have an odd slanted skylight. With a sharp blade I was able to trim off the excess and got a perfect fit

Fits perfect. We thought we would have to trim it because the trailer had the wrong part that we were replacing. We were pleasanly surprised. Now the skylight looks original again. Happy we found the right part. We drilled small pilot holes then installed. Looks nice.

Torn between a 3 or 4 rating.It will look better than the last yellowed piece of crap for sure. Not to many options and the rv sales is a huge over priced market which we already know.So if your going to charge 3-5 times what it should cost, at least provide $1 worth of new screws.Tried to find a plastic tote the same size to retro fit but got tired of having to click to see actual size even though I put the size in the search.If you need/want a new one, just bend over and buy it and then don’t think about it again.I will need to trim one side and haven’t done that yet. Seems thin enough to possibly do with a new utility blade. May update after I try. Most likely not since it won’t be in the top 1000 things I need to do. Hope this was helpful and good luck.Lastly you will need a drill bit. Only dimples where screws should go. So that should help with drilling.

This is a low quality skylight. It has no top lexan clear top. Do not buy. BUYER BEWARE

I had to order a second one because the first one came faulty, smaller than described. The second one was fine.
