It needs to be far more user friendly. The instructions weren't very clear, and they sent me to a software download site. Very sketchy. As confusing as the process was I was afraid I was gonna download the wrong thing, and honestly, I didn't trust it. There needs to be a clear and concise user interface, and it needs to come preloaded with the proper firmware. You shouldn't need an engineering degree and know the technical names of the files just so you can play PS5 with a mouse and keyboard. Preload with clearly labeled platform files. (PS5, XBOX, Switch, etc) So there is zero confusion for the everyday user.

The media could not be loaded.  Item is very hard to setup but once you get it , it’s fun making kids complain on the game lol 😆 but process takes about 30 mins to setup it’s annoying

After updating to the latest firmware and doing the setup, I can use the XIM Apex on PS5! There was no latency or lag noticeable for me but if you have good/reliable Wi-Fi you should be good. I updated the firmware from the official beloader website before setting it up. Works good even though it can disconnect once in awhile.

I tried to get this thing to work for 10hrs striaght. Thier is know way i would wish this on anyone. Do not buy this product..

Read the manual in the box so much easier and quick you should be ready to game in about 30 mins
