My energy levels are definitely increased after eating these daily. The taste is also not bad at all.

These gummies are great. The texture is nice and the elderberry compliments the black seed in flavor and benefit. I used to take the liquid black seed oil every morning. And as much as I like it the taste it horrible. But with these gummies I’m able to get the dosage I need and not the horrible taste. Now I must admit the gummies are not sweet but they are a lot better tasting than the liquid.
