The scanner itself is pretty good and sleek. I feel that the manual is poor with instructions, took me long time to pair, was never able to scan symbols or letters. Try and try per instructions and wouldn't work. There is no way to communicate with seller or manufacturer to get additional help so I had to return it.

Well it does seem to scan barcodes but getting it to connect is a nightmare. It goes on about a blue light, never saw this light after multiple attemps. Instructions are vague and it just won't connect to the dongle.Tried with a direct Bluetooth connection on a Mac and it would see the device and connect but it didn't push the barcode information to Mac and it recognized the dongle as a keyboard but couldn't get the connection on that or if it did wouldn't pass the scanned data to the dongle.Tried connecting through the USB connection as a wired scanner and a again, it would not work. Tried multiple factory resets and retrying with no success.

This scanner just works. I am using with an iPhone . There is a keyboard anamoly you will notice, you’ll have find your own work around as I did. I do not know if the keyboard issue will happen on PC/MaC/ Ipad/android.***Update*** its been five months now. I am using on a PC, it is still going strong. do not try to use while charging it doesn’t like it.

Easy to read and follow set up instructions to set up via Bluetooth or USB adapter on the laptop. Works EXCELLENT as it promises. Only complaint, is I wish the USB adapter was smaller, but otherwise, PERFECT!

It stated in the description that it was PC compatible; plug and play. It's not. My computer couldn't find it, I searched in bluetooth and device manager. . . no bar code scanner. It was just dead in the water. I've given up scanning from my PC, no one has a good product.
