I’ve never taken a supplement before but for multi-vitamins. I figured I’d give this a try and see if it offered any noticeable benefits. It didn’t. Worth a shot but ended up being a waste of money.

I’m sure it works for most but not for me. I supplement daily, but I haven’t noticed any significant difference in performance.
