I was hesitant about buying this for about a month but once I did, I don't regret it. So far I have made fruit rollups, beef jerky, banana chips and potato chips. There are other things I want to try and hopefully this will help me eat healthier. The other day I just bought two more trays and I already bought the fruit roll sheets when I originally purchased the dehydrator, which you need to make fruit rollups.It's easy to clean but you may have to soak the trays for a little while for things like fruit rollups or beef jerky, but after that it's a piece of cake. Cleaning the bottom of the dehydrator isn't too difficult if you let the soap and water soak for a little bit then scrub it off.

Works as described. I love that I can set it and just walk away. Yummy treats every time.

I wanted to start dehydrating, so I wanted to start simple. So far, so good. I wish I could control the temperature, but haven't had issues with the preset temp yet. I would recommend this for someone just starting out, but not sure they will like dehydrating all the time.

I made some strawberry fruit leather for the first time with this and some mint tea. Both turned out great and it took less time than I expected.

No temperture control but that's okay for the price. It overheated within 90 minutes of dehydrating moist green onions. It toasted my green onions. That wasn't okay. I love making green onion powder but not with this hot box. Back to the oven until I can afford a higher quality dehydrator. You live and learn.
