I have a small (10U) 19" rack under my main 4-tier keyboard stand that houses my audio interface, two preamp boxes, my MIDI interface, and a number of effects processors. In the center of the rack I have a Furman power conditioner with ten standard 120v USA electrical mains inputs in the back. Over the years, I have accumulated as many as 20 "power cords" with varying lengths that average about seven feet. The amount of space that is occupied coiling nine cables of that length is enormous. Amazon to the rescue, again. These cables (2-ft) are the perfect solution. They are standard UL certified power cords and they are identical to all of my long cords (except for the length). When I connected them to the various equipment units and plugged them into the Furman, the result was spectacular. I no longer have a mess of coiled AC cords intertwined with the various audio and MIDI cords going to the equipment. I couldn't be happier. Best $55 I ever spent on my music studio.

As advertised, well built, good power cables.Nothing wrong at all with these short cables. I bought several lengths, all great.

The media could not be loaded. I run sound for my solo gigs, and end up doing the same for most of the bands I play in. Not to mention a weekly open mic / jam. Here's some things I've learned about power cables : Most people forget to bring one. Most of the ones they bring are hardly functional. There's never a plug close to the mains. These 20 footers have saved the day many times.Now I run an extension from a good plug to a $25 Furman "conditioner" that has 6 outlets and 15 power cable itself. I can run everything from there no matter where I need to out things. All thanks to these lovely long cables. Great for a pedalboard stuck in no power land. Guys try to buy these from me all the time.

My coffee percolator cord stopped making the connection and was not working.Saw this cable ordered it and it did the trick. Did not have to order a new percolator after all.The cord does not heat up and very safe.Works great.

Has to have been twenty feet of surplus power cord under my desk. A few two and three foot cords helped eliminate the congestion.
