Winco 8" Aluminum Coupe Style Pizza Pan

Winware makes great products and these small trays are no exception. Very useful for so many recipes and quick meals where a small tray is needed. They clean up easy and the price is about half of what these cost at retail shops.

it's a pizza dish. No it's a return for the DIY Beauty Dish! (AKA The "Chinatown Special" Beauty Dish, thanks Todd Owyoung!) My only complaint is that the bar code sticker left some residue that took a while to get off. I hate that.

I bought this for use in to make a photographer's beaty dish. It worked great for that, but also would be very good for it's intended use. It's sturdy and thick!

Works fine, just a hair too small and the lip is not raised enough for me, but it is, what it is.

I have to say, this doesn't quite look like the one in the picture. The rim is curved upward at quite a severe angle, much more so than the picture suggests. The finish on the item I received does not have the same, beautiful brushed aluminum finish as the picture. Instead, it there is no pretty finish to it at all. It actually appears as if it came straight from the pizzeria after a good day's use. At this price, for an 8" pizza pan, I would expect something similar to what might come from a Sur La Table or Williams-Sonoma---not something that looks like it came from a second-hand restaurant supply house.

I would love to say its a great product but I can't. It's been 15 days since my order, 5 days since it was suppose to be here by at the latest, and I am still waiting. All my order says is it is processing and will ship soon. been saying that for over a week. A simple email to let me know what;s up would have been nice. Requesting a refund.

I use these to make mini pizzas for my family because none of us like the same toppings. I found the crusts to be a bit soft, so I punched holes in the trays with a Crop-A-Dile to allow air to get to the crust when it's baking. It helped a little bit.

This may come as a shock but I bought this without any intentions of using it as a pizza pan. I used this as part of a DIY Photography project in making my own Beauty dish. So if you are a photographer who is looking to make the "Chinatown Special" as seen on [...] then I would certainly recommend this product.
