HPRTCP4000L Photo Paper 54 Pieces and 1 Cartridge Suit Photo Printer Accessories Consumables

The HPRT CP4000L doesn't come with a "starter" ribbon and paper set, so you're going to need theHPRT CP4000L Photo Paper Set (54 Pieces and 1 Cartridge) sooner rather than later. At a price of $30, you're going to spend about $0.56 a print (or more, if you have sales tax on your order). That's quite a bit more than the stated $0.37 on the product page. Still, if you already have the CP4000L printer, you're kind of locked-in on the consumables.As far as the paper goes, I haven't really noticed any issues. The tear-off perforation is a bit rough, compared to Canon paper, but it's still acceptable. I haven't had any problems with the ribbon, either... just be careful to not snag or bind it during installation (as the ribbon is exposed). If you were any good at the board game "Operation", you won't have any problems with the loading.Though I have my issues with the CP4000L printer (you can check out my review on that, too), the consumable situation seems fine - if a bit expensive.

The print quality is much better than expected.I don’t print pictures at home before.However kids need pictures for school sometime.This is just perfect and easy to use.

Seems like a great product if only I could get the driver download to work. There is no customer service for this product, only non working phone numbers. I will, more than likely return this item.

Ordered 2 boxes of paper and cartridge. Only one came with Cartridge, other only had paper.
