Shimmering eyeliner
I like the shimmer concept but it messes up before it dries and also cakes up on when it dries up on me. I won’t buy again after it runs out . I haven’t used as often I would have loved to because of it

Hard to apply with brush.
I thought it would be a liner not a brush… it is hard to apply to get good lines. The Colors are bright and nice. The product good the applicator no. That’s why only 3 starts
