A Greyhound, a Groundhog

I bought this as a gift, but enjoyed reading it to the recipient!

Great book for anyone, but especially those with a greyhound and small kids. Love the artwork.

A great book to read out loud. Bouncy text and whizzy illustrations. Very simple. A hit.

Absolutely gorgeous

I bought this book for my kids (7, 10) since we have greyhounds. They both love to read it outloud at bedtime reading time. My daughter loved it so much, I bought a second copy to gift to her teacher. Now my daughter can read it at school, too.The story is short, but great for talking about what's happening that the words don't tell about. The pictures are beautiful and the rhyming is just enough for my kids to have to think about what they are reading.
