It does not always grip the phone when you want it. The process is slow. The sensor glitches. and the phone fell out a few times.

Loved it while I had it. The first few months, it worked great. I started having problems with the sensor about six months in and then it stopped working completely. I wish it would have lasted longer

It’s convenient if you constantly have to get in and out of your car for work or sum10 since you can just get in and go and not have to worry about wires however it doesn’t charge as fast as a actual cord would charge your phone and for whatever reason sometimes the arms open on their own which is inconvenient when your driving and trying to follow GPS especially if you have to come to a sudden stop due to traffic or a turn. Other then that if they can get it to charge faster and fix the issue with the arms opening on their own then I would give it 5 stars

My phone doesn’t fit in this very well (iPhone 12 with basic case) but it holds if it get it just right. But I love that it charges through my case even with two credit cards in the wallet holder. And it’s cute 😅

If you have a iPhone 12 plus it is to heavy for the bot.I have a otter box case on mine and it doesn’t charge with it on. Only if I take the whole case off.My boyfriend has a IPhone 2020 SE and so does my daughter both of them have heavy duty otter boxes and the bot works great for them. Holds the phone snug and charged with the case on. This is a great gift and my boyfriend and daughter love the bot. I wish it would work for the larger plus model iPhones.

The vent clip for me has never worked out on any charger (phones nowadays are too heavy) and I just have the iPhone 11… vent clip busted after about two weeks so I bought a cheap phone mount at Ross and used the arm with suction cup and mounted this to that arm.. holds great now and charging power is not too great however probably because I have a case on my phone .. will update after I test without the case for a few days.As far as overall rating this charger is worth the money even after purchasing the 6$ mount from Ross !

Did not fit well in vent.cord stopped working after 3 months

This car charger will not hold an iPhone XR with a bulky cover. It might hold one without or with a sleek cover, but does not work well with the one I use. The description is misleading. The phone does not sit properly in the charging stand, therefore I can’t use this product.
