This tool is exactly what I was looking for to chop lettuce and chicken for salad while I have one arm in a sling for 6 weeks. It is nice and sharp and very easy to use. Just right for what I needed. But...I made the mistake of leaving it in the sink overnight with the soaking dinner dishes and found the edges all rusted in the morning. After a lot of scrubbing I put it right back to work. I had purchased a straight bladed chopper and scraper but all it was good ifor was scraping the food from the cutting board, it wasn't as sharp as this item.

Be careful with this product!! it is very very sharp and larger than I expected. After use returning the blade to the cover is a dangerous move. B Careful you don't slice your finger open! I think the chopping blade being square instead of curved would probably be a better choice.
