I’m a high school math teacher and I like to keep a puzzle table for brain breaks or free time. I got this one because it was cute and looked fun, but it was way more challenging than I anticipated. The kids were super frustrated at first and it took weeks to get going, but it finally started to progress. We just finished it after several weeks (only ever working a few minutes her and there across multiple class periods). The colors are so vibrant!Unfortunately we were so disappointed to find it was missing a piece! The window had closed for me to return it on Amazon so I contacted BunMo customer service and within a matter of hours they have a new puzzle on the way to me. We’ll try again next year :) Although I might have to leave it up and let the kids find the missing piece in the new box because they want it so badly!My aunt bought the same puzzle after seeing mine and hers had all the pieces. I doubt this is a common issue and I wouldn’t let it deter you from buying it if you’re up for the challenge! It took her a couple of weeks by herself and she also thought it was really hard. But major kudos to this seller for their prompt response and solution. Really pleased!

Very colorful. Harder than it looks. No missing pieces.

This puzzle is one of the most challenging I've done. At first I wanted to give up but ended up loving it as I got going. The puzzle is good quality. The pieces fit well and aren't flimsy at all.Unfortunately my puzzle is missing one piece. I opened this about a week ago and am the only one who worked on it. I've looked all over and the piece is definitely not misplaced in my house. I also would have appreciated a poster. The "cover" wrapped over the box so the only way to see the full puzzle edges (a out an inch in on all sides) was via the side of the box with a 2x3ish inch photo.

I don’t really leave reviews unless they’re bad or a company REALLY impresses me with their product and/or customer service and BUNMO has both! —I bought this puzzle from Bunmo because I wanted to work on my brain during breaks while I wfh. This puzzle started on my breaks and there were even a couple times friends came over and worked on it which turned into me spending over 20 hours working on this “project”. Right near the end I realized I was missing a piece and was ready to order a single piece for $5-20 offline but before I ordered it I went out on a limb and reached out to the retailer via their website. I was impressed with the merchants response time which was under 24 hours. In maybe two days brand new 1,000 piece puzzle arrived in the mail which I was NOT expecting! Fortunately I found the last piece with in one minute and I’m more than glad to recommend your puzzles to friends, family and the strangers on Amazon. 8/5 stars!!!

This is a fun puzzle. It is not cheaply made. The pieces are not too small and not too large. The puzzle pieces came in a nice plastic bag, inside of a sturdy box. It has a large "poster size" paper picture of the assembled puzzle inside the box which aids in the assembling process. A good price for the quality, too.

This puzzle was a mixed bag. The puzzle came in a sealed plastic bag inside the box. Because we always put together the edges first, it became apparent very quickly that we were missing an edge piece. Also quite early into the puzzle, we discovered a duplicate piece of one that had already been placed. What on earth is going on with the puzzle making process that a new, sealed box contains an extra/duplicate piece, and is missing a piece as well? I had read some of the reviews about missing pieces, but wasn't sure if I could believe them. Now I know that I should have taken them seriously. Yes, there were probably 1000 pieces (I didn't count them), but straight out of the box we had two problems. I am including a couple of photos showing how we were missing an edge piece but received an extra bear face piece that was the exactly same as one we'd already put in above the dartboard. Outside of the obvious quality control issues, it was an enjoyable - not too easy, not too difficult - puzzle to do with family members this Thanksgiving. There were several pictures of the completed puzzle to use as references when putting it together. The pieces had unique, well-cut shapes and didn't peel up like some lower quality puzzles might. So, from that perspective, it was fine. I just don't even feel like I can donate it to anyone else now that it's done, because of the problems with it.
