Is this $7.99 version the same as the version for $12.99 on Amazon?

I think the change is the this $7.99 version is in cardboard packaging. The more expensive version has a metal tin that the cards are stored in. That's my opinion though.

Is this the regular size? Or the mini?

Unfortunately, this is the mini. A couple more bucks and you can get the regular size.
