Cheap choclate if your dating above your class do not use this to dip her strawberries.
Have ordered a couple of times am still finding uses for it. Always arrives with a film on it I expect it has over heated somewhere along the line. Las Vegas is located in the middle of a large desert after all. I've used the product to make smores at home and a few batches of candy, all worked out well. Go ahead and give it a try.

Don't buy this from this seller
This chocolate is no good. I've used Wilton melt aways for years. There is something wrong with the bags being sold by this seller. They didn't melt normally, and it looks (see photo) and taste terrible. I'm very upset I can't return these for a refund.

Melts good and taste great
I use Wilton melting chocolate for any things chocolate covered caramel apples is just one of them. The chocolate melts so smooth. It dips evenly and taste great. Only complaint is sometimes the chocolate is melted through shipping.

Chocolate was hard to melt, didn’t work well choc fountain. Maybe it was the fountain.
