When i received the product , the fingers were not only broken but MISSING. I am requesting for return .

Item arrived broken at the hand and fingers. It is not very well packaged, the packaging itself consists of two loose polystyrene blocks placed between the item so I'm not surprised it has broken. In fact, the broken pieces were outside the polystyrene. Where is the sellotape keeping it firmly together? Shame, as it's otherwise a very pretty item and a fantastic gift for a Powerwolf fan. I have requested a replacement so I will update my review upon that arrival.Edit 15/09: The replacement arrived and again it was broken, this time just at the fingers. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband and I had to ruin the surprise because I couldn't give him a broken product. He agreed to glue it together so we don't have to keep sending it back since I'm not going to get a statue in one piece. The rest of the statue is fine, in fact, it's really nice. That hand needs extra protection, or at least someone needs to write "fragile" on the box. I ordered the other statue too so god knows what that's gonna be like when it comes. In future, I'm buying him Lego because at least that is supposed to be assembled upon arrival.
