Lovely accent to a slightly Bohemian/Renaissance desk/drawing board.
Absolutely love the color scheme of this set. The weight of the pen is heavier than expected which is a plus for me. This is a lovely addition to a funky art desk or drawing board. Can't wait to give them a try.

I bought this as a gift for my daughters birthday, and I was afraid that the pieces would be lightweight, low quality material. When I opened the box I found they are actually very solid, authentic feeling pieces. They are beautifully crafted, I would recommend this product for sure.

Mostly awesome
I got this set for my daughter's 15th birthday. She has loved it. She loves that there are many different tips for the quill and has loved that. The ink is quality for writing. She would love the bookmark if she didn't have a toddler brother who pulled all bookmarks out. As far as all the non-refillable type things, it's quality. We have had trouble with the wax and stamp, though. I don't know if it's the kind of wax or the stamp. It's super fun to melt with the tea light candle and spoon, but the wax gets stuck in the stamp and doesn't come off very easily, so the stamp left on the paper isn't very pretty. We had a different kind of wax we had gotten from a Ren faire and that one did much better. If gifting this set, another kind of wax might be something to keep in mind. In terms of beauty and everything else, I'd say it's worth it for the price.
