Very well made product
I love carrying this taser. It's extremely well made. It has a flashlight, which isn't the brightest, but it will do. I love the way it turns on and off. The last two tasers I had, the switches fell off so therefore you couldn't even use the taser. What if it had been an emergency. The on and off switch on this taser is perfect. The danger of that happening is not possible. The taser is not as strong as one of the tasers that I had owned. My first taser I had to register it because it was the same strength as a police taser. This one is not, but I'm sure it's sufficient. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. What's nice about this one also it's that it's very heavy. You definitely would be able to defend yourself if it were necessary.

Needed protection !
I walk a lot in the city parks for exercise. There are times when walking I encounter a loose dog that someone let off the leash . I have had to either walk another direction or keep walking and praying that the dog is not vicious . There’s coyotes in the parks as well and not to mention the homeless that are out walking around . So I purchased the security all and one Recolorfine self defense device . The charging is easy and the buttons are easy to use . The weight is perfect for carrying . I just wish the flashlight was brighter but it still lights up bright enough for you to see . The shocking end doesn’t play around. I don’t know how many volts it has but it’s loud enough to deter an attacker . This is a must have when you are walking in a park . I have not used it on anyone and don’t want to use it on anybody’s pet . But these days you need some protection . I am happy with my purchase !

It could've been a great product, if they'd bothered to use quality components.
This could have been an amazing product. If they'd used non-garbage batteries. If they'd used a decently powerful LED for the flashlight. And if they'd engineered it so the end couldn't wiggle and flop when using it as a stun gun.Unfortunately, all those IFs make it a major failure.- The included 18650 rechargeable lithium ion batteries are barely functional. One holds around 400 mAH, about 1/5th of what it should. The other is either defective or a dummy and just gives an error code in my chargers. They're also unusually short for protected 18650 button top cells, and none of my known good batteries can quite fit in the baton. I can make it function, but won't screw all the way closed, and thus can't seal the battery compartment properly. You really want that sealed in any kind of remotely inclement weather, since it has a stunner built in.- The LED they used is junk. This unit is supposed to use TWO lithium ion cells in series, which produce 8.4 volts at full charge, but It's somehow less powerful than the LED in a single 1.5v AA alkaline battery powered LED flashlight I paid $3 for in a checkout. I've got $10 keychain lights powered by AAA batteries that are literally two to three times brighter than this thing.- The "extendable tube" which holds the stunner and flashlight extends by twisting counterclockwise, pulling it out, then twisting clockwise. It uses friction to remain in position, but there's no lock to stop it from coming loose. If it's not tight enough or you jab too hard with the stunner, it can just pop loose. I did a test jab on an upholstered chair and it started flopping around. I'm fairly certain the only reason it didn't fall off completely was the soldered wires for the light and stunner. Please just stay away from this thing. It's incredibly poorly made, will probably stop working without warning due to the horribly awful batteries, and is just not something you'd ever want to rely upon when trying to fend off an angry dog, much less a mugger.

I love it! figuring out how to charge it though is, another story.
So something I noticed is once it's extended it becomes more like a club and I feel it would break if you had to use it in combat so I find it more efficient to just keep at its initial length. I definitely like the strobe light effect. When it's dark out you can move into a defensive posture and activate the strobe, Theoretically blinding them before switching it to the taser and using it to make your attacker more hesitant to continue the engagement. The instructions on how to charge the device itself were not exactly clear to me. I contacted the seller to see if they could explain in a different sense and they did the best they could to assist but the only gave me the same directions that came with it. After several hours of trying to find something I finally found a video explaining with a similar device on how to get it to charge. Once the device is fully off, plug the charger into the baton before plugging the charging box into the wall. When you do so the light should remain off indicating it is not charging. When successful turn the power to the baton on, at this point the charge box connected to the wall will light up as well as the light on the baton. If you turn it off both lights will. Switch between the baton button which changes it's function until you pass the stun and light setting. This third function is the mode as referenced in the directions which allows it to charge. It takes about 8 hours and if done improperly it will not charge at all. When given time I will eventually be posting a overview video on YouTube for this as well as an overview of its pros & cons. Now for my overall evaluation of it, I mainly bought it because it was cool but I had to use it to fight off a intruder attempting a home invasion and I was grateful for having it as it allowed me to incapacitate one as I drained the entire charge on the first intruder and the second one seeing their accomplice twitching on the floor, bailed. So these guys will have my business.

Works!
The flashlight doesn’t work while you’re using the zapper it has a strobe function which would be very effective in a tight situation blinding your opponent however that doesn’t work when you have the zapper engaged I was being approached by some thugs and didn’t beat me up but I tried to turn it on and couldn’t get it done quick enough had they tried to jump me. Best to keep it on and ready if you’re walking with it.
