I was asked to review this product and am very happy to share my experience with you.First thing about this is the packaging. it is extremely well packed with little chance of being damaged.After charging the headset first time, connection to my phone was simple and reconnection almost instantanious. Connecting to two devices also quick and simple.There were five different earpieces, I had to change the fitted one and these fit really well. The headset is very light and fits around the ear well and after a short time you hardly notice it is there. It is such a good fit that going to the gym wearing this would be no problem.The next thing I had to do was to change the sound with my device equaliser as the headphone seemed quite tinny as I suffer severely with tinitus. Simple and sound really good.I listened to music until the battery died. Nine hours forty two minutes (9:42). Brilliant.After recharging which took one hour and fifty five (1:55) minutes, the earpiece remained on standby almost twelve (12) hours a day for seven (7) days. over this time a several phone calls made and received and lots of music listened too. Clear sound all the time and at one time I was fifteen (15) metres from my phone and it was still connected. I was caught in a heavy shower and the headset got wet but after drying it off there were no problems.You would be very hard pushed to find a better headset than this without paying extortionate money for it and even then this one would outshine them.Overall a good headset. Light. Fits well. Good sound, Very good battery life . Very well priced

i find this product difficult to place comfortably on the ear, but once it is suitably positioned you forget about it pretty quickly. Controls at the back of the unit are not easy to access when in place on the ear, but what's the alternative? The single 'control' button switches power on/off, toggles between playing music from your phone and answers/disconnects calls. All a bit confusing and frustrating on occassions and I have switched the phone off when trying to receive a call. An echo has been reported by callers on some calls, but not on others! Otherwise, it does the job.Not happy with the marketing methods used by this company. An Amazon voucher was offered as a 'prize' if I wrote a review on the product. I have not cashed the voucher and have no intention of doing so, as i suspect that the request to "not tell anyone" that I had received a 'prize' was to elicit a good review. Shame, as the product is okay(ish).

I chat too much at times, and having to hold my phone makes life hard as I can't just sit still (wish I could).Being a business woman of a little independant business I make a lot of work calls to suppliers and delivery people, and being hands free allows me to work while talking. I was looking for something to replace my old worn out headset, and came across this one. I am used to having the microphone across my cheek and was hessitating to how the sound quality would be on something like this, but can confirm I have had no concerns or communication issues from people I was talking to. The sound is great, the headset comes with different ear buds so can change to ones preference. I would highly recommend this headset, have used it for hours and hours and the battery is still holding, very pleased with this product. And the seller was very helpful when I had questions before buying.

I am retired so I don't need to use a mobile phone very much as a phone, but I do listen to music on it all the time; this is the ideal headset.I ordered it one day and it arrived the next. Plus, getting it off Amazon I got a £3 discount and a 30-day Prime trial. A good deal all round.It was well packed, with a charging lead, extra earpiece covers, clear, easy instructions and a carrying box.I wore it through that first evening, not switched on, just to get the feel of it; and it was so comfortable I forgot it was there. It has a rubber type surface which feels very soft, easy to wear behind your ear, feeling secure, and the ear plug itself is very unobtrusive, with different covers to fit any size ear.Using the headset is so simple. It charges very quickly, using the same charger as my Huawei phone, with a warning light to tell you low charge and again when full. There is a main button to press to switch on and off, or pause, easy to feel in the middle of the earpiece, plus 3 more buttons at the back, for volume up or next track, volume down or previous track, and mute.I mention tracks because this is my main purpose for the device, to listen to my music around the house. The sound does not compare with a Bose device, but it is perfectly good enough for the purpose. And the buttons are big enough, to feel them easily and control the device without fumbling. A voice warning also tells you when switched on, when connected and when switching off.Pairing with the phone, or any other Bluetooth is so simple. Just switch the phone on and it will search for another device, and introduce itself, and you just tell the other device to accept the pairing. And the voice tells you it is done.The charge is enough to see you through a busy day and a quick top up to carry on tomorrow. And if you want to stow it away, there is the moulded case which it fits exactly, to drop into your pocket.It seems showerproof, with a rubber cover over the charging port, so never mind a bit of rain; very light and comfortable to wear, just what you need when you are out and about.And as well as playing the music it also does phone calls, which are just as simple as the music controls, and the easy-to-read booklet explains it all.All in all this is a very good buy and I readily recommend it, for young and retired folks both.

This is a simple and functional headset.The packaging is neat and compact, user manual, protective case, spare earbuds, and a charging lead.I wanted something for work to connect on teams with my laptop and simultaneously connect to my mobile and this headset works perfectly between the two devices. I have found some previous headsets the call quality is poor but not the case here. Numerous people on teams are quite surprised the call quality is so good considering there is no actual microphone near my mouth. I do like the mute function when you are on a call, and someone walks into the Office to speak to you. The range is very good as I have walked across the corridor to another Office and suddenly, I can tell my phone has an incoming call.I tend to put it on charge at the end of the day and it has not let me down yet.Extremely comfortable on the ear and very discreet compared to some headsets, I tend to keep it on all day as you forget your wearing it.All in all, this is a great piece of kit, highly recommended.
