Called Powermaxx to get a recommendation on replacement unit for Parrellox 7444. They called me back quickly and advised me on what to get. This one went in easy and seems to be working great.

Replaced a WFCO unit that crapped out. Great price and so far is working great. Its been about a month and 2 camping trips.

I installed this in a travel trailer, plugged in to a 120 Volt outlet. Used 4' of 6 gauge wire to connect directly to LiFePo4 battery. Although none of these converters output power as they are rated, this PM3-55LK put out 45+Amps. It immediately output almost 700 W until the battery was 98% charged. The voltage increased to 14.6 V As the average decreased to very low. Then continued to power my 12 V appliances without discharging the battery. This device worked perfectly for me.

A lot of reviews mention how loud it is. Well, it is certainly louder than the original one. However, to replace the original one it would be at least double the price. We call that a "push". Ease of install will vary depending on your rig. For mine I needed to get another piece of ground wire as the lug is in a different location the the original one. That said, if you think you will ever need to adjust the voltage be mindful on where those switches are when you install it. Otherwise, it works well.

I have it to recharge a 2500 wh solar house battery bank on cloudy days. I haven't used it other than to test it when it arrived and it worked even better than I expected. No issues.

Does not what is supposed to do.I bought a 45 amps but it only charge at 20 amps maximum !I should have bought a brand with a good after sale service who would respond to my questions.Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.
