Dr. Maya, Ice Cream Scientist: Real Women in STEAM

This is a great addition to an awesome series on women in STEAM! I love the combination of chemistry, travel, and delicious desserts, and the Flavor Development activities (ch. 5) were so fun for my kiddo. I had already paired the book with ice cream from a local shop, too, so we had a bit of a head start!
