The product came on time and looked great. I followed the instructions, cleaned it as directed, it fitted great, but when I had put it down, I realized a puppy's soft hair had landed on the screen in betweeand was trapped :(I tried to remove it, but the whole thing ended up as such a mess, I threw it all away in the garbage bin unfortunately.Ordered a 2nd one, did a perfect job and it looks great!
