Okay; waited to see how this bracelet would survive normal wear(no hard duty). It's been almost 8 months & I can report this product & the vendor are WEAK! Waste of money. Medical info on back in "black" wore away after less than 2 months. Now a first responder would need a magnifying glass or microscope to decipher your critical medical info since it's now unreadable as silver on silver. Red medical alert symbol has worn off badly already - the bottom 1/3 has simply disappeared - pretty soon it'll look like just another ordinary bracelet. Contacted seller, unsatisfactory response about poor wear & they basically said you are SOL after 90 days. AVOID this vendor/product. We're talking about life or death critical medical info here! I'm now going to have to order a new medical alert bracelet - definitely from a source that has enough faith in the quality of their product that they back it up -because this is a critical item we wear for our safety in an emergency - this bauble is unreliable - SERIOUSLY CONSIDER IF THIS IS A DECORATIVE OR FUNCTIONAL ITEM- I vote it should be both & since critical info has diappeared already - move on & find a quality item that will be there to help you in an emergency... which is what this is supposed to do. EPIC FAILURE- move on!

This product arrived very quickly and is exactly as described. Very high quality materials. The chain and latches are sturdy (so it will survive my toddlers tugging on it/me) but it still looks delicate and feminine. The way the hooks attached to either side of the plate make it easy to switch to a different band if I choose (I have my eyes on one with some colorful beads just for options). Came in a nice little pack with a soft bag and medical card. The engraving on the back is clear and easy to read. I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for a nice medical alert bracelet, I am very pleased!

I have had this bracelet 2 weeks. All but two letters on each end of my name have worn away so the "black" filler is gone. You have to hold the bracelet at an angle to the light to still read it. And when an EMT is working on you, this is a critical delay.Two weeks.What they call "engraving" is really just a faint laser etching.I guess I will be taking this to a jeweler and having it actually engraved with a real engraving tool.Not satisfactory at all for something that can literally mean the difference between life and death for someone.

Bracelet is classy and the tag is beautiful. Seems to be made of high quality materials. The engraving is very easy to read and is etched in so it's not going to rub off. The item was packaged very well and a nice little storage bag was included. I also love the fact that the chain and tag are interchangeable. This company seems to take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a medical alert bracelet.

I'm very happy with this bracelet. My wrist is 6.5 so I got a 7. You can see it fits pretty closely. I like that because I work on the computer and I dont want something that moves around a lot. It's very comfortable. In some reviews people mentioned the printed color rubbing off, so to avoid that happening I applied a thin layer of clear UV resin over the printed areas to protect it. I did have to have someone put it on for me, that's the only downside. But I like that it isn't so loose that it will flip over and show my information accidentally.

Long story short, I love this bracelet. I've only had it for about a week so I'm not sure if my opinion will change but my first impression is this was definitely a smart purchase.I thought because of the customization it would take way longer for the bracelet to be shipped but it was super fast.The bracelet itself is very pretty & feels like nothing will destroy it. I feel very confident I will not have to replace it.The length of the chain is nice, I ordered my exact size & it fits well, it's not moving around very much (I can fit a finger in between the chain & my wrist so its definitely not too tight). If you like your bracelet to move up & down your wrist a lot you might want to order a half inch up. I love how snug my fits, I forget its even on.The wording is very clear which makes me feel extremely confident that when/if someone needed to read it they could with ease.I am very happy I bought this for myself & would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to wear one.If anything changes i will update this review. Until then, this is for sure a five star product!!!!!

Horrible customer service. They engraved the ICE number as 000.000.0000. Everyone knows there is no such phone number. But, they didn't reach out to me to confirm number and will not refund or replace. I was using my cell (only computer) to place this order. I put that blank number in to continue my order, with the intention of looking up my daughter's phone number. A couple days went by before I placed order & I forgot I'd put in all zeros as her phone number. Also, the bracelet is three times the size needed for my woman's wrist yet they expect me to pay for a correctly sized bracelet. Amazon did not help. As a Senior Citizen on a strict, fixed income, i cannot possibly order another bracelet for almost $50. Yes, I made a mistake but it's one they most assuredly should have caught & a quick phone call or email could have avoided this outcome. This company is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Amazon, I'm so disappointed that you do biz worth a company like this one.

Very snug fit with beautiful designs that make it look like jewelry, but the ends where the chain attach constantly catch on clothing, etc. I ordered a 7" because I thought the 7-1/2" would be too loose. I wish there had been a 7-1/4" option, for it is painful to flip the tag over to look at the engraved information.
