Which side do you cut on? Is it like regular heat transfer vinyl where tut cut on the dull side with the color side facing down?
So the pink glows orange?
Does it puff with a regular iron?
My vinyl cut perfectly but it does not puff after applying heat I followed the time and temp in the product details. Does anyone have a suggestion?
