Walker 46971 Universal Universal Exhaust Flex Pipe Flex Tube-Galv.-1 1/2" Dia.-6' Lgth.

I liked how this product is flexible without sacrificing its rigidness. I used this flexible exhaust pipe for a breather hose on a 1950's tractor. Original piece was a rigid piece of 1.5" pipe that had offsets and a 90 degree bend from the fresh air housing to the carb and this product is rigid enough not to flop around and hit the manifold or other parts of the tractor while being flexible enough for the offsets and 90. Don't have to worry about it melting from the exhaust manifold either vs using a radiator type of hose.

Very well made. Sturdy yet flexible enough to get it where you need it.

Good quality

Used this to run a flex line off my generator to a through-wall exhaust kit. Works perfect for my application. Seems to be made of durable material, and is flexible enough to shape fairly easily without leaking. If you're concerned about the pipe being hot wile in use, you could easily wrap it in a fiberglass strip to minimize the surface temp.

I bought two pipes. One was 66" and the other was 67".Description says you'll get 72". A lie.I still gave 3 stars because they seem to be robust and well made.If you don't care about the loss of 6 inches then it would be a good buy.6 inches is a lot, at least that's what my ex would always say.

Works Great!

I did not measure the total length of my piece because I actually only needed about 2 ft, but to everybody complaining about it being too short: this pipe ships fully compressed. I could easily see stretching this out 8 in or more. If you follow the directions listed on Walker's website, it tells you to sharply bend the pipe against the corner of a table, and then press it flat to put it into its usable state. This easily is length to the pipe.I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a piece of flexible exhaust pipe. This, like any flexible tubing, can be a real pain to work with.

I use this to exhaust the fumes from my back-up generator shed. It was a pain to hook it up as it's well built and doesn't give easily. It does, however, rust pretty fast so be prepared for that. Mind you, it's now the same colour as the unfinished wood of the shed, so it's colour coordinated now. LOL. I almost forgot, a 2 foot section of this in Canadian Tire is $15! This here, on Amazon, is great value for the money.

Was not 6 feet like it was advertised and it dose rust verly quickly when exposed to outside but it did exactly what I needed it to do as I needed to extend exshaust for my oil heater.
