I bought this item for my daughter. She lives in a RV and says this shower head is perfect for her use! I plan on getting one for our RV.

Easy to Use: Careful of white beads
This is a good product for the shower head I have. The beads are really easy to replace and I have enough for 2 uses out of the bags they sent which will last me the year since I replace the beads every 6 months. My shower head did not have the white beads originally so i followed the instructions and put the white beads in but DO NOT do that if you did not have white beads to begin with. It blocked my water flow and it took me forever to get them all out of the shower head. Lesson learned for sure! Other than that the product is great!

Works exactly as described!
We live in Los Angeles and this shower head (and the replacement beads) work very well. It was super easy to put in the new filter beads - took about 1 minute!

These are great, I have no idea if they actually filter, but they give me peace of mind that it is filtering my shower head. lol. So if it's a placebo effect I'll buy into it. And they fit in the head and seem to be working.
