Good for learning/teaching technique in a Jazzy way
An elderly pupil of mine bought this instead of another Mike Cornick I had recommended.I decided to get my own copy, as the pieces are useful for acquiring different techniques (eg playing in thirds, using arpeggios, etc) and are each in a different jazzy/bluesy style.They have a familiar sound to them, and the rhythms should appeal to younger people.The title states "Intermediate Level", which I think would be about Grades 3 to 6 in the ABRSM exam system.
