Very bad buy
The chair is not doing what it was intended for. No messages only a little vibration.

Feels comfy, but the massager, is running 24/7, only stops when unplugged/disconnected from mains. Very disappointed.

Product arrived early and slight issues but the lovley guy sorted this issue with me straight away and very happy with this chair. Bought due to I'll health and makes standing up and sitting down so much easier. Got a spinal disease so this is a great help
