Carb Blocker and Fat Absorber (3 Bottle Pack) 180 Capsules

I have been taking it once a day for the past 5 days and have lost about 8 pounds. That sounds drastic but I have also changed my lifestyle...more exercise, less food= weight loss! Pretty simple burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. I guess everyone gets to the point where looking and feeling better is more important than pigging out and using food as an emotional void filler. I'm there now...only took me 10 years of being overweight. I think where I am now (160 pounds) is a point where I could choose either get really fat or do something about it and don't let myself get that way. I also should mention that when pregnant with my son 4 years ago I got all the way up to 199 pounds and had gestational diabetes! I'm only 5'2 so thats pretty heavy for my height. I blamed my son but he only weighed 8 pounds so I guess it wasn't his fault, haha. Hang in there if you are just starting out trying to lose ALOT of weight. You can do it!! I really believe these supplements will help. It may be in my head but I do feel like I have more energy and just don't get as hungry. When I do eat I am eating the right amount. This is the worst card blocker i have ever used. I has given me the worst head aches I have had i a long time. It made me very sleepy through the day. I live and work in Afghanistan. My diet is the worst here. I get handed a lot of MRE's to eat. or i have to orderd my food in. Amazon can tell you how much i do. LOL For this reason i need a carb blocker. I work out 6 days a week and i pretty fit, but there is the spot around my waist that makes it hard to be rid of with my horrible diet. I do not believe the reviews on this product. if you want a energy booster take a multi vitamin. This pill only has caffine in it for the booster. If you want a true carb blocker stick with the one that has Kidney bean extracts'

My sister and I decided to start taking this product together to help us lose unwanted pounds. The energy the pills really give me a boost to help get me through the day. Also, the product has enabled me to lose 10 pounds over the course of 3 weeks with little to no exercise or change in diet! I spent the first two weeks only taking 1 of the pills a day to get used to it, I've just started this week using the daily 2 pill dose and feel great! I, of course, plan to become more active SOON I'm just impressed that it's done so much for me already! I've recommended this product to most of my friends and I hope they try this and get the same great results! I recommend keeping a huge bottle of water with you at all times, though, because its been known to give you frequent dry mouth. Plus, drinking lots of water enables you to burn fat better! I'm completely satisfied with the product and I hope all others who give it a try end up feeling the same way!

I have been using the libotrin now for 3 weeks, I am not hungry during the day and have more energy, but i am a night eater. They say that night eaters are low in serotonin levels and they crave carbs late at night to be able to get the serotonin and melatonan the brain is depleted of. So I have been taking these now before 8:00 p.m. and have noticed I am not getting that craving. I have lost 7 lbs. And since I am recovering from surgery which means I am not moving around much I take that as a plus. These are very affordable and I have tried many different kinds of diets, supplements, amino acids. I am going to continue using the lipotrin and will leave more feedback after I have used the 3 bottles sent to me for a great price.!

I have been taking these for 3 months. I have had no weight loss at all. However I did lower my dose due to stomach aches. I cannot take more than two a day. It might be reacting with all the other supplements I take but when I cut this one out the aches went away. I brought back in one then two and so far it's been o.k. I won't buy again cause like I said it gave me no change in weight at all.

So I tried this because I was looking for a carb blocker among other things. It was cheap and I figured why not. I have been on it for less then a week. So I can't report actual weight loss I'll update when I can. I thought it would make me have to run the bathroom but it doesn't at all. Even with me not changing my diet yet. It does make it hard to sleep. I took a second pill my 3rd day and was up all night. Took it around 7 or 8 granted I was watching an addicting show and may not have slept anyway. It gives me energy I like it. My appetite has decreased significantly. Couldn't even finish my 2nd slice of pizza. And it's not like other pills. I don't get ravenous at night when I'm not taking it. Totally a good pill I'll update with weight loss.

Don't waste your money. This does not work. Went through 2 bottles and didn't see any change. Love Amazon not the product.

I have had this for a while and thought i should really give it a shot and take it as directed- well i took the max before dinner, and i got the worst heart palitations, vomited the little dinner i was able to eat, dizzy, headache, and 4 hours later i still have heart palpitations and shakiness and jitters. I have been dtinking only water since i threw up. I didnt want to risk eating again until i could try to flush my system. I bought this based off the good reviews however if i live through the night im not buying this crap again. I threw out the bottles. Im a 31 year old female, 120 lbs, and have had carb/fat blockers before that worked. This brand made me so sick. Do not buy this. Invest in a real brand.
