Love these lights. Have them on our trees out front and really brightens up the neighborhood. Nothing but positive comments from those that pass by.Good quality, not flimsy like some similar products offered. We did have some issues with the string failing but contacted the seller, CDH Smart House. Working with them, we tried to replace the controller but, in the end, they replaced the entire light string and controller at no cost (and received 3 days after they said they would ship out replacements! Very happy dealing with them as they genuinely seemed concerned about the reputation of their product.

We use these lights all year as eave lights. We use the white most of the year and change the color for holidays. These lights are easy to install and easy to operate. They can be very bright or very subtle which ever you prefer.

After I posted my earlier review, they made multiple attempts to reach out to me (using an older email acct I rarely use anymore, so I didn’t see their attempts to reach me for almost a month). Anyway, they offered to replace the defective product with a newer version at no additional cost to me. I agreed and in short order, I received the newest model as a replacement. I tested the new light strip and it worked fine. In has now withstood its first rain storm with no problems. So far so good. Cannot praise the seller enough for their commitment to providing excellent customer service. I therefore rescind my earlier review with this one. The very first rain we had after putting them up fried the electrical connector that was supposed to keep water out. Lights stopped working when connector shorted out and fried itself. Typical Chinese junk! Don’t buy if you want something that works properly and according to the product description. I installed the rope light according to directions and it still didn’t last two weeks! Buyer beware of cheap Chinese crap! Don’t believe the glowing product description. This is not high quality and certainly not water proof!

I bought the light Oct 2022. In Dec 2023 you see what happened. I have contacted the company to let them know their lights almost set my house on fire. I'm waiting to hear back from them. Good thing we were home and caught it.Edit - I gave them a four star review after customer service. Even though my purchase was over a year ago they refunded my money. The lights were pretty but didn't work for me.

I have been buying rope lights since the first time I noticed them. Maybe 15 years ago. When I clicked the order button I was skeptical. When I got them, wow. The look strong and well made. Put them all over the backyard fence and it’s party time every night. C D H LED is a great company as I asked a couple of questions and they responded right away and even followed up to see if my problem was solved. Going to buy their neon led lights next as they will be perfect for the sim of the house.

Recommend.I needed 100 or more continuous feet of waterproof strip lighting with a waterproof power adapter. Other products had two or more separate strips of lights that added to the advertised total length and the power source was rated for indoor use. I usually only read negative reviews, because I believe that people don’t take the time to review a product if they are satisfied. Well, this product did not have any reviews. The strip is sturdy. Coated in plastic. It came with plenty of clips, but no nails or screws. I purchased #17x7/8” stainless nails from Lowes. Controlled by remote. No WiFi or Bluetooth, but I knew that when I purchased it. Power can be connected to either end. Connection is threaded and has an o-ring for water protection. One end came with a screwed on cap. Although I did not cut my lights, the package came with caps to seal a cut end. Lights are bright and brightness is adjustable. 16 color choices. Modes are limited. (1) 7 colors flash (2) single color flash (3) 7 colors fade (4) 3 colors flash.

Only had them up month and they are already messing up.*Here is an update:When I wrote my first review, the company contacted me and we discussed why the light had messed up. They are NOT meant to be hung up/suspended. The person I have been in contact with has been nothing but KIND and CURIOSITY. Went above and beyond helping me with my problem and is sending me another set of light. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought these to go on my daughter and son’s trampoline for fun night time lighting. Worked great out of the box, but within a month lost some of the colors in the sting. Bought a second roll thinking maybe just unlucky and not only did the second string come with different connectors but also the second string lost colors after a couple of months! Huge waste of money and time!
