Yes, the designs on the fans are in 2's or 3's of the same patterns/colors, possibly 1 single fan had a unique design. Unfortunately, I don't believe you'll receive 12 different designs.

Q: Do they say “China” or any other country anywhere on the fan?

I do not see a name on them. They are beautiful and work in extreme heat. I have bought more and given them as gifts. As I have been told, every proper lady should have a fan and gloves that match every outfit. A little old fashioned for most I am sure, but it is how I was raised.
