It does *not* come with the adapter that would attach to an existing phone or phone case. You can buy the phones cases with integrated adapter separately or the universal adapter to attached to your phone or phone case (if flat on the back). Since I have no way of knowing the handle bar size on your Yamaha, I can't definitely tell you it will fit. There are two sizes mentioned above, and I would think that it will fit since handle bar size is relatively consistent among all manufacturers.
