No, it is water activated, goes up very nicely. I used a wet sponge to massage it and a small plastic squeegee type thing to help smooth it out.

This is a great question! This border is 6 inches wide and 15 feet long.

I found it hard looking for anything over 4 in...make sure you read description to find one wide enough, but they do have a few choices and it was easy to apply:) good luck
