I was diagnosed with celiac and finding foods have been a chore. I enjoy adding stuffing into my meatloaf. This was a hit. My husband didn’t even notice a difference.

This is my first try at any wheat-free bread crumbs. They are easy to flavor with any herbs you want to add. They are a bit mushy if you are not careful I found that they are not quite as mushy and definitely more flavorful if you use chicken broth instead of water. Will definitely purchase again!

Well - try that with a family who loves bread, pasta and pizza. They also love meatloaf. So I tried this and - wow. The fam didn’t even notice! I served this at our Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it. It was a little crumbly similar to cornbread dressing. We have a variety of specialty dietary needs in our family and this stuffing checked all the boxes!

I had high hopes for this! I ended up cooking a Turkey and used this stuffing last week, and the stuffing tasted terrible. I had to toss it.Once I opened the package in the box, I smelled what I can best describe as cardboard. Each individual uncooked piece smelled the same. I still wanted to give it a chance, so I added seasoning, butter, chicken stock, and celery. However, it still smelled like cardboard (and tasted rancid). I’m hoping this was just a bad batch as I’ve heard great things about this brand. However, I won’t be ordering this stuffing from Amazon again.

This stuffing mix is okay, but doesn't taste the best and tends to be on the soggy side. Do not try to use it for a chicken and stuffing casserole you will end up with soggy mush. I bought a few boxes so I will reduce the amount of liquid I use the next time and see how that works.
