Q: It’s 41” long how do I use this for pull up assist, what other uses?

Hook one end of the band to the pull bar, and then either step into the other end (that's hanging down) or place the band under your fully bent knee. Then hang from the bar and the band will help with overcoming your body weight. Just remember the band resistance is linear and reduces as the stretchedlength of the band decreases back to it's 41" length.

yes you would want 2 thou one for each side of the bar to suspend your kettle bells. so if you go with this band make sure you order 2 because they are sold as singles. there is videos online that show what your wanting to do using mini or monster mini bands thanks james lifestyle sports
